The Articles of Association are adopted by the general meeting of shareholders and set out, among other things, the company's business purpose, share capital, voting rights, and the number of board members. Amendments to the Articles of Association can only be made by resolution of the general meeting, typically at an extraordinary general meeting.
Whistleblowing
Brocc Group has a process for reporting irregularities (whistleblowing). If an employee or any other individual becomes aware of conduct that may be unethical or illegal, they are expected to report their observations. Reports can be submitted anonymously through the digital service Whistleblower Partners.
